audience, what type of people are
they, what do they like/dislike, what
pain points do they experience...the
ability to answer detailed questions
such as these allows you to create
content that speaks directly to your
target consumer. Since the goal is to
engage with people that are most
inclined to become customers, the first
step is to understand who they are
and then to effectively communicate
with them through awesome content.
