TL;DR: As of Nov. 2, you can get the Hisense 100-inch U8 Mini-LED 4K Google TV for $2,799.99, down from $3,999.99. That's a 30% discount, or $1,200 in savings.
Football season is a pretty good excuse to want a bigger TV. Whether it’s a good excuse to buy a 100-inch TV is between you and whoever has to help you get it into the house. But if you’ve already committed to the idea, you don’t have to wait until Black Friday to find a deal.
Right now, the Hisense 100-inch U8 Mini-LED 4K Google TV is 30% off at Amazon, bringing the price down to $2,799.99 from its $3,999.99 list price. That’s $1,200 in savings — which doesn’t make it cheap, but does make it a little easier to justify before your next watch party.
The U8 has an anti-reflection screen treatment designed to reduce glare during afternoon games. Its Mini-LED backlight uses local dimming for better contrast, while Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+ support come in handy when you switch from football to movies. It also has Google TV for streaming and a built-in sound system with a subwoofer, up-firing speakers, and Dolby Atmos support. Just measure your space before you hit “Add to cart.”
