TL;DR: The Motorola Razr and Motorola Razr+ are available for free with T-Mobile. You do not need to trade in anything to qualify for these deals.
Apple recently launched the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the iPhone Duo, so why on earth are we talking about anything else? Brace yourself for this shocking news: There are people out there shopping for foldable tech from other brands. That's right. Foldable tech isn't something reserved for Apple fanatics.
And it has never been easier to invest in this tech thanks to T-Mobile. You can pick up Motorola's latest handsets for absolutely nothing. And the process of claiming these free phones is straightforward. You don't even need to trade anything in to qualify:
Motorola Razr — free when you activate a new line on a qualifying T-Mix plan.
Motorola Razr+ — free when you activate a new line on a qualifying T-Mix plan.
The total cost is covered via 36 monthly bill credits. If you cancel or switch carriers before the three-year promotional period, you’ll owe the remaining balance on the phone’s full retail price. You will also need to pay taxes and a one-time $35 connection charge. That's a minor inconvenience when you consider that you're getting a 2026 phone for "free."
T-Mobile has you sorted with free Motorola Razr deals this week.
