Content curation provides insight into the type of topics and content that people are talking about. Keep track of the curated topics your audience is most interested in and write spin-off pieces that take an interesting angle on the subject (and remember to always give credit where credit is due). 3. Content curation allows you to build relationships with other writers and blogs. People love it when their content is shared so retweeting or commenting on external blog pieces is a great way to signify that you appreciate and find value in someone's work. There may be countless businesses of all sizes in your industry, but you'll quickly find that every industry is actually quite small with familiar names and connections being made in the most unlikely ways. Content curation is ultimately a bridge between yourself and key influencers that you want to build relationships with: find their content, share it, and engage with them. You never know where it may take you! Develop a strategy for how many times per week you are going to curate content.
