Warning: The following examples are going to make you
cringe. If you're on the fence about RTM, these examples
might dissuade you from ever trying. Though they were
well-meaning, these messages were extremely distasteful
and even offensive, causing a backlash from thousands of
angered Twitter users. But not to worry: If there's any good
to come of these efforts, it's that you'll have a really good
