An extremely useful feature of HubSpot's Social Inbox is the scheduling tool which allows you to predetermine the dates and times of your social media posts. To create your social media schedule, go to Social > Social Settings > Publishing Schedule on the left tab and simply select the dates and times that you'd like to publish. You might want to experiment with different times, frequencies, and days until you find the combination that best suits your audience and goals. Social media is a two-pronged beast: while the first prong involves getting your message and content out there to your audience, the second one involves listening and contributing to existing conversations that are happening around the web. HubSpot makes this extremely easy through their social monitoring tool. With social monitoring, you can create various 'streams' that filter social conversations based on mentions, words, hashtags, and phrases that are important to your brand. In the example of this eBook, I might want to create a social monitoring stream that tracks the words 'HubSpot', 'marketing automation software', and '#contentmarketing'. Now within this specific stream, I will see every conversation that happens on Twitter, containing any of these words. As such, I can easily keep my finger on the pulse of what's happening with this topic and I can reach out and share this eBook to those that would most benefit from it. 16 From the perspective of a HubSpot User
