include other secondary fields that leads can fill out at their
own discretion. As a general rule of thumb, don't use more
than 4 or 5 fields in your form.
Lastly, you want to include a big action-oriented button
that further prompts people to fill out your form. Typical
buttons include:

• Register for Webinar
PRO TIP: There's a compromise between asking for a
lot of information and turning people away from filling
out your form. Ask for the information need while also
keeping the form short to encourage signups.
